What this means:

  • Once you complete a purchase on www.jyoungjunio.com, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • This applies to all offerings, including but not limited to sound healing, sound bath, InnerG Clearings, Sarai Speaks, energy, spirit baby and past life readings, etc.)

Why I have this policy:

  • My offerings are based on time and expertise invested in each client.
  • Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and I am unable to fill those slots if they are cancelled.

What I can offer:

  • I encourage you to carefully review the descriptions of my offerings before making a purchase.
  • If you have any questions about a particular offering, please don't hesitate to contact me before you buy.
  • I am happy to reschedule your appointment time free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is intentionally reserved just for you. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

This boundary honors the energetic preparation and sacred space held for your session. Thank you for your understanding and respect.

Client Communication Policy

To maintain the integrity of my work and ensure that I am able to show up fully present and regulated in sessions, I hold clear boundaries around communication.

  • Text messaging is reserved for scheduling, rescheduling, and logistical matters only
  • I do not provide emotional support, interpretations, guidance, or processing via text
  • All support, insights, dream interpretation, and energetic work occur within booked sessions

If you are feeling activated, anxious, or in need of support between sessions, I encourage you to:

  • Use your personal grounding tools
  • Journal or self-soothe
  • Book a session when you feel called

This structure supports your sovereignty and protects the depth and clarity of our work together.
